Camp Sunday is Sunday, May 4th
The Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod has granted a request by the AOK Board for Recreational Ministry to designate the first Sunday in May 2008 as Camp Sunday. Camp is always in need of new supplies for each camping season. We will be looking for craft material, first aid supplies, and outdoor camping and recreational supplies. Each congregation will be receiving a copy of our “wish list” for this summer’s activities along with reproducible donation cards and bulletin inserts in April. Those who would like to make in-kind or cash donations may bring them to their congregation on May 4th. Pick up arrangements will be made with congregations as necessary.
